Tae Kyu is a senior at Monta Vista High School. He has participated in the AMC competitions since middle school, perfecting the AMC 8 and qualifying for the AIME four times. In addition, he is in the Platinum division for USACO, his preferred language being C++. He is a 2-time USAPhO semi-finalist, receiving Honorable Mention in 2019. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games and practicing the cello.
